Closed Loop Adiabatic Cooler
At MFINTUBE, our closed loop adiabatic cooling systems provide an innovative approach to temperature management, comparable to traditional dry coolers. Process water circulates through copper tubing, cooled by large fans drawing outside air across the fins. When ambient temperatures rise, a fine water spray over evaporative pads significantly cools the air before it passes over the copper tubes, enhancing cooling efficiency.
Equipped with advanced MFINTUBE control systems, our units intelligently cycle fans based on the water temperature, only activating the water spray when necessary. During mild conditions, the system operates as a dry cooler, conserving water and energy.
Our systems are designed for sustainability, reducing water consumption by up to 95% compared to traditional cooling towers, and lowering energy usage by up to 50% compared to conventional dry coolers.
